Ongoing Web Strategy

I keep your agency and developers working from the roadmap, and handle light implementation myself.

  • Vendor briefs & work reviews
  • Monthly reports and quarterly reviews
  • Slack and email, replies within one business day
  • Light implementation included; larger development projects scoped separately.

The outcome

What you’re really buying is confidence in what happens next.

N

Clarity

Stop wondering what to fix next.

E

Confidence

Know your budget is going toward the work that matters.

S

Control

Turn a messy backlog into a clear, defensible roadmap.

W

Alignment

Give marketing, developers, agencies, and leadership one shared set of priorities.

CoCompass figures out what’s actually holding your website back, what’s worth fixing, and what order you should tackle it in.

Compare

Keep your specialists. Point them at the right work.

Your agency, SEO vendor and developers each work on what they’re handed. CoCompass sits above them: deciding what’s worth handing over, in what order, and checking that it gets done.

Pricing FAQ

Cost, commitment and currency.

Something else on your mind? Bring it to the free assessment.

What’s the minimum commitment?

Three months on Ongoing Web Strategy, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.

What currency are your prices in?

Your local one. US clients are billed in USD and Canadian clients in CAD + HST, at the same numbers shown on this page.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on your site, and on how often it’s crawled and how often you publish. Performance gains typically show within a few weeks of a fix shipping. SEO and AI visibility typically take a few months or longer. I report what’s moving every month, but I don’t promise rankings.

Can’t my developer do this?

Some of it, and your roadmap will say which parts. Most developers are hired to build features, so I’m happy to brief yours on the work they can own.

Do you replace our agency or developers?

No. Your team keeps doing what it’s good at. I set the priorities, write the briefs and review the work, and step in only for specialist WordPress fixes that fall between vendors.

Stop guessing where the budget should go.

Bring your site and your biggest frustration. I’ll bring a few findings and tell you where I’d start.
