What makes this different from my hosting provider’s support?
Your hosting provider optimizes the server layer: hardware, uptime, security patches. I optimize the WordPress application layer: your code, plugins, database, caching configuration, and search visibility. These are different skill sets. Your host will never tell you to switch to a competitor, audit your plugin stack for performance impact, or configure AI crawler access.
What is included in the $2,500/month retainer?
10-15 hours of expert work per month across three pillars: performance engineering, technical SEO, and AI search optimization. This includes implementation (not just advice), continuous monitoring, a monthly performance report with before/after metrics, a 30-minute strategy call each month, and a quarterly business review. Priority email/Slack support with 4-hour response times during business hours.
How quickly will I see results?
Performance improvements (faster load times, better Core Web Vitals scores) are typically visible within the first 2 weeks. Search ranking improvements take 60-90 days to materialize as Google re-evaluates your site. AI visibility improvements depend on crawler frequency but often appear within 30-60 days.
Do you work with WooCommerce stores?

What if I am already on managed hosting (Kinsta, WP Engine, Pressable)?
Managed hosting provides a strong foundation. But managed hosts optimize the server, not the application. Most of the performance gains I deliver are in the WordPress layer above the server: plugin optimization, database tuning, render-blocking resource elimination, and caching configuration. I work with your host, not against them.
Can my developer do this instead?
Some of it, yes. But most developers specialize in building features, not optimizing infrastructure. Performance engineering, technical SEO, and AI crawler management are specialized disciplines that require different tools and a different mindset. I work alongside your development team: I diagnose and direct, and they (or I) implement.
What is the minimum commitment?
The retainer has a 3-month minimum. After that, it is month-to-month with 30 days notice. The 3-month minimum exists because meaningful SEO results take 60-90 days to appear, and I want you to see the full picture before deciding whether to continue.
Do you offer a reduced scope at a lower price?
My core offering is $2,500/month for all three pillars because they reinforce each other — performance improvements amplify SEO gains, and both support AI visibility. If budget is a constraint, we can start with a paid audit and discuss options from there.
